Synthesizer Sample Pack: Sounds from the Yamaha TG33

Our 1st sample pack created back in 2017 features over 150 raw one-shot (middle C) plucks, pads and more sampled from the Yamaha TG33 Tone Generator. The pack was originally created with a focus on loading into the Teenage Engineering OP-1's easy to use chromatic sampler, however, these sounds work well with other hardware samplers or DAWs. We've included 4 file formats: MP3, MP3 320, AIFF and WAV. In some cases you will need to make sure to use the proper format your machine will accept!

Example: when using with an OP-1 or OP-Z, you'll need to use the AIFF files. Also, keep in mind you may only be able to load a certain amount at one time, depending on your machine.

Consult the manual of your particular device if you aren't sure what is compatible. Any questions, please ask.

Released in 1990, the Yamaha TG-33 utilizes FM, AWM and Vector synthesis, using 12-bit samples that create an interesting lo-fi yet smooth sound - great for atmospheric pads and the like.
